Holy shit this is so right. I’ve been going to the gym now for a few months. For years I’ve gone to the gym for little stints like 6 weeks then fall off the wagon. But its totally true after a while you start craving the next work out. I look at my day and try to find space for the Merry Kissmyass Cat shirt now I love it. Hopefully, it continues. I got a membership at quite a pricey so now I also feel like I need to go to get my money worth.. I’ve been working out since New Year. I’ve definitely gained muscle, but i also managed to gain fat. I feel better about myself but still slightly self-conscious about myself. What did you do to lose all that weight? I plan on doing a long fast to attack my fat stores and enter ketosis, but i want to hear what you did

After high school is quit working for two years. I gained some considerable weight and every day felt slow and depressing.
