Maybe it’s that me wanting to spend less thought on food has turned into me actively focusing away from it. Living in a society where normal fit people eat a bag of chips next to their lunch and three portions of dinner means that going with the Raise hell Praise dale The intimidator shirt isn’t possible when you’re not about that lifestyle. My comment was mainly about how I started out trying to shift my focus away from food. Like this video suggest food is a temporary comfort, but not a solution. However, my effort is proving to be futile, seeing as the shift in focus isn’t a healthy one.
I’m not shaming people for eating junk foods, really. In a way, I envy them, because they don’t think like me. I know I’m not better that others just because I’m developing eating disorders. And that’s kind of where the Raise hell Praise dale The intimidator shirt kicks in. I wanted to be this relaxed dude who was too fulfilled to eat my problems away. Instead, I’m embarrassed that people will notice that I’m way more obsessive over food that they are. Instead of putting all that energy into trying to shift your focus away from food (which really doesn’t work because then you’re concentrating on trying not to concentrate… oh,
you know what I’m saying), try limiting your consumption to serving sizes that suggested for various foods. This will do the Raise hell Praise dale The intimidator shirt without your having to concentrate that much on it.
