I love drinking beer on the weekends Friday through Saturday night I’ll have 25 beers and into Sunday sometimes. I’m tired of the weight gain from the beer and I know that’s what is causing it. Cut the fat off the bacon, grill the sausages to remove excess fat, poach the eggs or dry fry in a none stick, not too much bread and maybe lose the beans and do double the tomatoes and mushrooms. You’ll save a ton of oil and calories but won’t feel restricted. You’re doing awesome, it really is an eye-opener looking at calories isn’t it! It’s a scary man, but really educational.
