I love my mind! It’s a filter for all of the imperfections of reality. Everything goes exactly the way I want it to, and everyone treats me the way I want to be treated. I am changing habits, have realized that they’re not Santa Deadpool merry X-Force shirt for me (mentally and emotionally). Like disconnecting myself to any forms of social media and a disconnect to toxic people. I’m having anxiety attacks and I often feel sad, I don’t know what to do… I don’t want to go back to my old self. I’m trying to acknowledge what I feel in order for me to grow. And there are days that I feel like I already know the answers but can’t seem to apply it consistently.
I’ve been trying to break all addictions recently. Coffee, tv, video games, social media, porn, drugs. Then what are we left with? What do you do when you strip away all the Santa Deadpool merry X-Force shirt you are addicted to? Life gets pretty boring. I don’t know how to decide if addiction is adding value or distraction to my life. I have the same thought about neurosis. People think it ideal to strip it away. But are you even a person without the weird broken stuff? All you are is a loose assortment of symptoms.
